PayPal are Jerks!

I made a Friend and family payment to another member.
I forgot the letter E in the email.
I noticed the address after a second went by and payment was "complete"
Still pending in my bank account.
I can't do anything until this person either accepts it or refuses it.
My bank will raise a dispute immediately.
I hate PayPal

I've done that and there is somewhere in there you can "cancel" the payment if it hasn't yet been accepted..

This is the guy who actually decided not to be a decent human and IGNORED my email asking for my money not to be taken... and to refuse the transaction.
Sadly he didn't listen and took it.
My bank wont do Jack.
Paypal wont help.
I will get revenge. I might call in a favour.... But this is wrong.

I am trying to crop and reverse look up his face and that picture. His Full name is Domingo Grando Ortiz and considering that it went to Euros 54.78 I am guessing he is somewhere in Europe.
